Due to the circuit breaker in Singapore, all orders will be processed and sent out AFTER June 1st (i.e. after circuit breaker has been lifted). This is because we are considered a non-essential service, and we are also not allowed to engage third party courier services if we attempt to send out your orders from our home. We seek your kind understanding and patience during this period. For orders that have already been placed during this circuit breaker period, we will be including an exclusive discount code with your parcels as a way of thanking you for bearing with us!
Apparel Care

Wash your apparels in a washing machine in cold water. A full cycle of wash/rinse/spin works well. Do not attempt to hand-wash as washing technique varies. It is optimal if you could remove bra paddings from sports bras before washing sports bras in the washing machine so as to retain the quality and shape of paddings.

Terms of Exchange

We do not allow for any exchanges of supplements or accessories like Blender Bottles. For apparels, we accept returns in exchange for store credits. Before we can process the store credits, we would require your assistance to mail the item back to us. Apparel must not have been washed, altered or worn, and returned in its original packaging. We reserve the rights to reject the return/exchange if the apparels show signs of being over-stretched, stained, washed, etc. Should you require an exchange to be done, please drop us an email at admin@mywheystop.com with your email subject as “Exchange (insert order number)”.

If item is defective, please email us at admin@mywheystop.com within 7 days upon receiving the item and we will process an exchange immediately. Do note that your email must include pictures of the defective area clearly. If the defected item is still in stock, a replacement piece will be mailed immediately with a stamped envelope for the return of the deffected piece. Customers will be required to mail the defected piece out to us within 7 working days. In the event whereby the defected item is out of stock, store credits/refunds may be issued. The refund may only be done if the item is being returned back to us.

Mode of Payment

Payment can be done online via Credit Card. Simply cart your items out and proceed to payment! For those who wish to pay via iBanking or Bank Transfer, do send a screenshot of your cart to @serenaaacsn via Telegram. Once your order has been verified, you will be required to make payment within 24 hours to 582-159919-001 OCBC Personal Account. Please retain a screenshot or photo proof of transaction as we may require it when confirming your payment.

Postage Fees

Postage fees are a standard rate of $1.50 (normal mail - maximum 2 items)/$3.50 (courier) for all purchases. Our courier partners are NinjaVan and Qexpress delivery. Both partners provide door to door delivery within 3 to 5 days after collection from our location. Your parcels will be tracked on our end and fully insured by the courier companies in the event of missing parcels. We are also unable to quote a standard fee for non-local shipping but you may drop us a direct message and we will do our best to assist you with more specific details. Estimated Time of Arrival

All orders will be mailed out every Monday and Thursday after payment has been completed and verified, and AFTER you have received a shipping confirmation email from us. If your parcel fails to arrive after 8 working days, please let us know via a direct message on Instagram - we will try our best to assist you however bear in mind that without a tracking number (normal mail) it is often difficult for us to track down your parcels too. In any case, we hardly/never experience any issues regarding lost parcels! Please note that some sizes may be on backorder which will require 2-3 weeks delivery time and if the waiting time does not exceed 2 weeks, we may not notify you. Unsure about size or fit?

We know this gets a little tricky but we have made our sizing guide as comprehensive as possible. All apparel sizes have been adjusted by us according to the sizing guide (so you may receive an apparel that is tagged M but sold as an S according to its specific measurements). Generally for female sports wear, a tighter fit will be encouraged if you are in between sizes, for the extra support and security. While our apparels will not stretch out over washes, they will stretch to fit your body shape and size.

Changes in Orders/Addresses

You can drop us a message @serenaaacsn via Telegram immediately however we reserve the right to deny changes especially if order has been packed for mailing/has been mailed.
